Job Description

• Assists in the preparation of financial reports, and analyzes accounts receivable data.
• Generates and sends invoices to guests and clients, handles disputed charges, and negotiates payment arrangements.
• Collaborates with departments handles financial information with discretion and confidentiality, and ensures timely payment and resolution of billing issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of a degree in Accounting or a related field is an advantage.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience as an accounts receivable assistant in a luxury hotel is an asset.
• Has strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Opera, Finance applications, and Microsoft Office applications.
