About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following
- Daily Monitoring and management of customer credit exposure, utilization and collection activities
- Management of relevant group mailboxes
- Handles pre-payment processing for in-scope customers
- Monthly and/or Quarterly Accounts Reconciliation of Trade Receivables, Doubtful, Miscellaneous Accounts Receivables and other related accounts such as collaterals (e.g. cash bond/cash deposits, letter of credits), forex revaluation, etc.
- Monthly correction of fallouts/Data Quality (DQ) in Global AR Dashboard (GAD), if any. Generation of Credit Metrics Report to be used for Credit Board Meetings, among others
- Monthly month-end closing (MEC) activities in SAP, as applicable
- Monitoring and escalation of Open Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billings as it impacts collection
- Monthly or Ad-hoc management of Unapplied Credits (UACs)
- Refund of Cash Bond and overpayments, if any
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports where needed, e.g. customer aging reports
- Support for Annual Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) activity
- Support any audit confirmation activities
- Close coordination with Local Finance, Business Units and other support teams on any unusual issues related to accounts being handled
- Extend support on Credit Analyst Tasks including Credit Reviews and credit clearances
- As back-up of other Receivables Analysts and Aviation Credit Analysts

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree major in Accountancy,
- Minimum of 2 years overall work experience.
- Effective communicator and able to build relationships with various stakeholders and teams
- Experience in SAP
- General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process exposure preferred
- Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
- Must have the propensity to work in a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment
- Innovative and has passion for learning digital tools and technologies
- Experience and knowledge in digital tools and other technology systems is an advantage
