We Are Seeking An Accounts Payable Representative. This Person Will Control All Activities In The Accounts Payable Function Of Our Firm, Including
- Completing vendor payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Putting together our firm run by working with the staff accountant to review the budget
- Reviewing all invoices for appropriate approvals before payment.
- Accurately recording invoices and expenses.
- Researching and resolving invoice errors.
- Becoming familiar with expenses and vendors.
- Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Assisting with other miscellaneous accounting projects as needed
- Strong Communication Skills
- Being detail-oriented, organized, and attentive.
- Efficient and reliable.
- Possess a can do attitude and maintain a positive team player mentality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and team members regarding commitments, deadlines, challenges, requests, etc.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with vendors.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
