WHAT IS AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER?
Our awesome client, a prominent financial advisory firm in Australia is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to be part of their Team.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Full Accounts Payable Function
- Entering all invoices including credit cards and petty cash
- Matching and verifying the purchase order against the invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and credit cards
- Processing fortnightly and monthly payments
- Other ad hoc duties as required
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
- With at least two (2) years of experience in handling payables
- Previous experience in a similar accounts role
- MYOB and XERO experience preferred but not essential
