About Our Client

A full-service accounting firm offering bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting services to help businesses effectively manage their financial operations. In addition, they provide expert consulting on financial reporting and business foundations, tailored to support both startups and established companies.

We're looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to support in the following activities:

• Processing full payable cycle, including invoice indexing, GL coding, reviewing invoices for accuracy, & releasing payments.
• Prepare and process check disbursements.
• Update and follow check mailing instruction report without exception.
• Assisting with any concerns regarding payments.
• Reconciling AP vendor accounts to vendor statements. Investigating and resolving any past due balances.
• Maintaining property recurring expense schedule.

Monday to Friday | Graveryard Shift

10:00 pm to 7:00 am

Minimum Requirements

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).

• Comfortable working with a high volume of invoices
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work a graveyard shift.

• Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
• CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
• RAM: 2 GB or more
• Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive)
