Position: Accounts Payable Assistant (Procure to Pay)
Location: Two E-Com, MOA, Pasay City
Work Set-up & Shift: Night Shift & On-Site (Monday to Friday)
Position Summary
The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible in processing supplier invoices, payments, assisting in reconciliation of accounts and ensuring a great customer service to all vendors and/or business partners.

Position Summary
The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible in processing supplier invoices, payments, assisting in reconciliation of accounts and ensuring a great customer service to all vendors and/or business partners.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Process incoming invoices
- Conduct review and data entry of all vendor invoices for payment processing
- Research discrepancies and unapproved/unpaid invoices
- Provide analysis and assist with internal and external vendor inquiries on the status of invoices and/or payments.
- Research aged invoices and determine proper resolution
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations to ensure all invoices for the company have been collected and processed by the AP team.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of weekly AP reporting and other month-end reconciliations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (from invoicing to month-end closing and/or procure to pay experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications specifically Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates conflict resolution and critical thinking
- Amenable to Work On-site in MOA, Pasay City.
- Amenable to Work on Night Shift.
