WHAT YOU DO

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team, someone who will assist us with billing. Your key duties will include daily bill entry, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Accounts Payable Analyst duties includ

• e:Review bills, raise and resolve queries when applicab
• leProcess bills for payment in a timely mann
• erProcess expense repor
• tsProcess variable expenses such as commissions, allowances, and bonus
• esPrepare payments for approval in banking softwa
• reAssist the accounting team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and financial statemen
• tsEnsure compliance with the terms and conditions set out in the contra
• ctCoordinate monthly and quarterly close process
• esCreate vendors in the accounting syst
• emDevelop and maintain process documents containing details of all procedures, policies and standard operating procedur
• esMinimum of 3 years’ experience in accounts payable, accounting, or similar rol
• esKnowledge of QuickBooks Online a pl
• usExperience working in fast-paced, high volume, transaction oriented environme
• ntData entry skills and interest in numbe
• rsExcellent quantitative and analytical skil
• lsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effective
