Title: Accounts Payable Accountant
The Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for the complete, timely, and accurate processing of Supplier Invoices, Government Agencies, Rentals & Utility billings.

The Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for the complete, timely, and accurate processing of Supplier Invoices, Government Agencies, Rentals & Utility billings.
Responsibilities
- Reconciliation
- Sorting, Reviewing, Matching, and Processing invoices
- Sorting of Invoices via generic AP mailbox
- Invoice Processing and Validation (credit card, utilities, rental, others)
- Managing queries received in AP Mailbox
- Staying abreast of the latest in Information Technology.
- Assisting in the training of new users in Sage and other required tools
- Performing and assuming other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
- Completing special projects as assigned by AP Team Leader and assisting team members as required to provide accounting service to customers.
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
- Certified Public Accountant license is not required but an advantage.
- Open for fresh graduates.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up)
