About the Role

Newstel is looking for an Accounts Administrator (Finance) to join one of our key campaigns on a project-based engagement. We’re searching for someone who’s professional, detail-oriented, collaborative, and an excellent communicator. Your Responsibilities

  • Make sure all assigned cases are handled accurately and on time.
  • Verify bank details and other key financial information.
  • Monitor accounts, process payments, and handle reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports to support team operations.
  • Spot trends and suggest proactive process improvements.
  • Follow company policies and compliance standards.
  • Consistently meet or exceed productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
  • Communicate promptly with both clients and your manager.

Skills You’ll Need

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Sharp analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Confident in communicating with clients and team members.
  • Open to feedback and motivated to improve and exceed expectations.
  • Comfortable working independently or collaborating with a team.
  • Tech-savvy — familiar with accounting tools, payment platforms (e.g., PayPal), and spreadsheets (MS Office/Google Sheets).
  • Knowledge of Financial Services processes and customer-facing environments.

Experience

  • Experience handling large data sets and using Excel.
