Your Responsibilities
- Make sure all assigned cases are handled accurately and on time.
- Verify bank details and other key financial information.
- Monitor accounts, process payments, and handle reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports to support team operations.
- Spot trends and suggest proactive process improvements.
- Follow company policies and compliance standards.
- Consistently meet or exceed productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
- Communicate promptly with both clients and your manager.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Sharp analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confident in communicating with clients and team members.
- Open to feedback and motivated to improve and exceed expectations.
- Comfortable working independently or collaborating with a team.
- Tech-savvy — familiar with accounting tools, payment platforms (e.g., PayPal), and spreadsheets (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Knowledge of Financial Services processes and customer-facing environments.

Experience
- Experience handling large data sets and using Excel.
- Background in Financial Services or similar.
- Previous experience in customer-centric or consumer-facing roles is a plus.

- Complete all assigned daily tasks from your manager or client.
