Your Role:

As a Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant, you will :

• Develop visually appealing content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. This will mainly involve designing graphics, editing images, and creating posters
• Managing social media presence, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics to optimise content strategy.
• Assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, advertising, and promotional events.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms, maintaining brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Updating website content, creating new pages, and optimising the user experience, with a focus on visual elements.
• Working closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Handling administrative tasks related to marketing, such as managing budgets, ordering supplies, and coordinating meetings.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Proficiency in WordPress and design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with a strong understanding of design principles and visual communication
• Familiarity with marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with others.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to identify and solve problems creatively, both in design and marketing contexts.
• Experience with/in Jotforms
• Experience with/in Canv
