Qualifications

  • Must be a College Graduate of any Business Course, preferably Accountancy.
  • Must have sufficient knowledge in basic accountancy and accounting principles
  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organized and disciplined
  • Must be willing to work long hours

Duties And Responsibilities

  • To assist the Accountant in various tasks assigned to him/her.
  • To ensure completeness and timely preparation of all tasks.
  • Reports to the Accounting Supervisor and the General Manager
  • The AS1 will be accountable for the custody of PCF.
  • The AS1 shall be responsible for monitoring the level of inventories such as but not limited to office supplies, office consumable inventories, inventories stocked in HO and in warehouses.
  • Upon receipt of purchase order/s (PO) from customer/s, the AS1 shall create a sales order in the company and system. The AS1 shall input all inventories required per PO of the customer.
  • The AS1 will be held accountable for Accounts Receivable monitoring.
  • The AS1 shall also keep the custody of Sales Invoices, Collection Receipts and Deposit Slips.
  • The AS1 shall be responsible for creating, maintaining and monitoring the client's

profile.

  • Monitoring of the Technician Service Report and make calibration certificate for the preventive maintenance every quarter.
  • Petty cash custodian which includes timely petty cash replenishments and completeness of supporting documents.

Salary Range: Php 18,000 basic salary with meal allowances

Job Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: 48 hours work schedule (Monday- Saturday)
