Job Qualifications

  • Holds a degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or any related course.
  • Has good interpersonal skills necessary in dealing with government agencies such as BIR.
  • Has excellent communications skills and is highly personable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other accounting softwares.
  • Resourceful, highly organized, and committed.
  • Must be a team player.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly allotments of crew and send notices to the vessel and respective principal once done.
  • Sending of email for proof of processed allotments and proof of government contributions to the vessels and its respective principal.
  • Coordinates, monitors and releases crew payments such as crew advances, rejoining and other bonuses, allowances, balance of wages and other crew payments.
  • Prepares monthly reports such as reimbursements and requests for payments.
  • Prepares payroll slip for requesting crew.
  • Respond to crew inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats and other official communication channels.
  • Bank reconciliation of vessel accounts.
  • Reconciliation of vessels' account receivables.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the President and CEO and the Finance Department Head.
