Job Summary

  • Performs the recording, posting and processing day-to-day transactions of FRAME Properties,
  • Inc..
  • Maintains and updates accounting records of the company. This includes analyses of
  • transactions, ensuring proper documentation and assigning the appropriate accounting entries using the Oracle GL system.
  • Records cash receipts and disbursements of the Company.
  • Generates financial statements and supporting schedules/reports and provides variance analysis for significant changes.
  • Prepares and computes the tax liabilities of the Company such as income tax, value-added tax, annual registration, real property tax and withholding taxes and ensures accuracy and timeliness in filing and payment to avoid penalties.

How will you contribute?

  • Working knowledge in accounting.
  • Prepares the day to day transactions of the Company.
  • Analyses of transactions, ensuring proper documentation and assigning the appropriate accounting entries using the Oracle GL system.
  • Prepares tax returns for remittance of various tax liabilities (income, tax, VAT, etc.).

What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any business course with adequate accounting subjects
  • One-year experience in accounting-related position is preferable but not required
  • Proficient with MS Office applications. Knowledge of Oracle GL is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication. Problem solving skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
