Accounting Staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accuracy in financial records, and provide support to the accounting team in preparing reports and maintaining financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Main Responsibility: Preparation of Production Advances, Farmers’ Personal Loan and Land Rental Receivable Report

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

1. Ensures the correctness and completeness of all documents received from the other department.
2. Proper recording of Delivery Receipts (DRs) into individual ledger of the farmers and Receiving Reports (RRs) into Inventory Summary Report of Seed, Chemical and Fertilizer.
3. Proper recording and monitoring in the ledger the Farmers’ Cash Personal loan.
4. Proper recording and monitoring in the Master File the Land Rental Acquired, Allocations and Payments of Farmers.
5. Proper coordination and communication within and other department for reconciliation of accounts and records.
6. Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, pertinent, or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by superiors in the organization.
7. Regular update of all the Schedule of Accounts.
8. On-time submission of Reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Preferably with experience as an Accounting Staff, or similar role (typically 1-2 years of experience)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
