Job Summary
- Performs the recording, posting and processing day-to-day transactions of FRAME Properties,
- Inc..
- Maintains and updates accounting records of the company. This includes analyses of
- transactions, ensuring proper documentation and assigning the appropriate accounting entries using the Oracle GL system.
- Records cash receipts and disbursements of the Company.
- Generates financial statements and supporting schedules/reports and provides variance analysis for significant changes.
- Prepares and computes the tax liabilities of the Company such as income tax, value-added tax, annual registration, real property tax and withholding taxes and ensures accuracy and timeliness in filing and payment to avoid penalties.
- Working knowledge in accounting.
- Prepares the day to day transactions of the Company.
- Analyses of transactions, ensuring proper documentation and assigning the appropriate accounting entries using the Oracle GL system.
- Prepares tax returns for remittance of various tax liabilities (income, tax, VAT, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any business course with adequate accounting subjects
- One-year experience in accounting-related position is preferable but not required
- Proficient with MS Office applications. Knowledge of Oracle GL is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent oral and written communication. Problem solving skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
