The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Support for Month-End reporting and forecasting cycles: Develop and maintain Excel templates for the consolidation of month-end data and forecasts. Ensure templates are user-friendly and facilitate efficient data entry and analysis.
  • Assist Central Prestige team in all activities required for closing the books and submitting forecasts.
  • Assisting in Working Capital Reporting: Support the preparation of working capital reports for actuals. Assist in the consolidation of entity-level inputs for working capital forecasts.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Data Cleanup: Collect data from various sources and ensure its accuracy and completeness. Perform data cleaning tasks to remove inconsistencies and errors.
  • Deck for leadership review: With the assistance of the line manager, prepare PowerPoint decks or other visual aids where needed for Prestige leadership review
  • Maintain existing dashboards: Clean, sort and upload data into existing dashboards to update them each month


What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of financial reporting and analytics systems such as Adaptive Insights and Power BI is a big plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
