Job Title: Accounting Staff
Reports To: Accounting Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices and credit memos.
Reconcile accounts receivable and payable.
Prepare and process payments to vendors.
Collect outstanding payments from customers.
Prepare and post journal entries for various transactions.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Reconcile bank statements with company records.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Accurately enter financial data into accounting software.
Maintain organized and well-maintained financial records.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Provide support to other members of the finance team.
