The Accounting Officer position shall have good working knowledge of accounting record-keeping and preparation of accounting reports.

  • Recording of the company’s transactions in its books of accounts.
  • Preparing and releasing of suppliers’ check payments.
  • Processing and recording of petty cash replenishments and liquidation of revolving fund.
  • Payroll processing.
  • Preparation of management reports.
  • Costing of products.
  • Coordination with outsource accountant on tax filing.
  • Filing of all accounting documents and returns.
