Offline Marketing Associate - Bacolod

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Shall strategize and execute offline marketing initiatives at driving foot traffic to our branch locations.
• Shall focus on recruiting and managing a team of brand ambassadors who will actively engage with potential customers to encourage them to register and participate in our service.
• Shall help to develop creative offline marketing campaigns to attract target audiences.
• One of the major objectives is to increase brand awareness, customer activation and conversion rates through effective offline marketing efforts.
• The team leader may effectively manage a team of 10+ Brand Ambassadors.
• Should encourage brand ambassadors to meet their daily quotas and KPIs
• In charge of arranging BAs to participate in activities every day (if there are activities); handle BA on-site issues, checking giveaway inventory; Manage BAs performance date; screening for fake data.

• Education: At least completed any business related courses
• With at least 1 year of experience
