Salary Range: Up to ₱110,000

The role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and oversee the company’s financial operations. This role ensures the accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of all accounting data while supporting management with insights for sound decision-making. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, developing financial strategies, and supervising core accounting functions such as accounts receivable and payable. The role also requires close coordination with internal auditors to ensure smooth and accurate closing activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and validate accounting data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide financial updates and supplemental reports to management to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to drive business performance.
• Oversee day-to-day general accounting functions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Coordinate with internal auditors to ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a strong track record in managing an accounting/finance team.
• Proficient in financial analysis and problem-solving.
• Skilled in financial software, data analysis tools, and SAP Business One ERP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align financial goals with business objectives.
