Implements accounting policies and processes from stock requisition, releasing and monitoring. Handles petty cash funds, replenishments and liquidation. Assist Government and statutory compliance of the Branch.

Implements accounting policies and processes from stock requisition, releasing and monitoring. Handles petty cash funds, replenishments and liquidation. Assist Government and statutory compliance of the Branch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles Petty cash fund and ensures proper usage of the funds requested.
- Reviews guards' Daily Time Record and compile Security Agencys statutory remittances.
- Manages Accounting Storage rooms, handles Stock requisition, release to requestor, analyze and monitor consumption.
- Keeps paid and unpaid invoices safe.
- Monitors Branch Fixed Assets, medical and office supplies.
- Does Fixed Asset Tagging.
- Handles Branch Inventory System including Purchase Request.
- Monitors headset issuance, release and replacements.
- Updates BIR manual books like Sales Book, Purchase Book, Cash Receipts Books,
- Handles Disbursement Book and General Ledger.
- Handles timely issuance of manual Invoices and Collection Receipts
- Processes business permit renewal, BOI requirements and filling of local taxes.
- Processes ATP for BIR registered invoices and other Accountable forms.
- Assists tax mapping and other government audits.
- Complies with applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Assists in creating and implementing policies and procedures to identify and resolve control issues related to payroll and other benefit payments.
- Attends continuing education seminars/ training to keep abreast with developments in labor standards.
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
- 2 years experience in accounting in a Philippine setting.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience in accounting systems is an advantage.
- Strong GL accounting and reconciliation background.
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Mathematical and analytical skills
- Communication and vendor relationship skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills
