  • Handle finance related activities
  • Creates company expense and sales reports.
  • Bookkeeping for all divisions of the company.
  • Streamline collection efforts
  • Prepare Form 2307s
  • Compile payables for the month.
  • Conduct Countering and Collection (fieldwork) as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
  • Experience with Xero and Quickbooks is preferred
  • Willing to do fieldworks as needed (for Collections and Countering)
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Bookkeeping
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office (especially Excel)
  • Organized and meticulous
  • Quick learner
