Job Summary

  • Support Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: updating cash-position, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining construction cost reports
  • Manage Billing & Collections: processing admin and contractor progress billings and collections
  • Handle Payroll & Payments: processing reimbursements, supplier/contractor payments, and preparing head-office check requests
  • Monitor Budgets & Admin Requests: tracking project budgets and assisting with general office finance requests

Job Qualification

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or Financial Management course
  • Knowledge on real estate/construction accounting is an advantage Xscribe, Quickbooks, or other accounting financial software knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent Organizational Skills

Salary Range: 18k to 22k

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: Mandaluyong City
