Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Most accounting positions require at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fresh Graduate is Okay.

Experience:

• Internships: Relevant internships can provide practical experience and insights into the accounting profession.
• Work Experience: Experience in accounting roles, whether through previous jobs, internships, or volunteer work, is crucial for advancing in the field.

Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory standards. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) is also essential.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in handling financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Mathematical Skills: Strong numerical skills for accurate calculations and financial analysis.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve financial discrepancies and issues.
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with colleagues or clients.
