Your Role:

As An Accountant, You Will

• Prepare profit-share reconciliations for eligible customers and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances, including third-party funder invoicing disputes, lease overs/unders, and registration/CTP provisions.
• Handle inquiries related to modification and termination quote calculations.
• Liaise with IT to resolve system issues, provide business requirements, coordinate testing, and support process automation.
• Streamline quoting processes for customers with custom pricing agreements, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
• Identify inefficiencies using the complaints tool and recommend risk and control solutions.
• Monitor pricing set-ups and quoting processes to ensure adherence to agreements and policies.
• Oversee monthly pricing reports, perform budgetary analysis, and support sales strategy management through contract modifications.
• Lead clean-up initiatives to correct system errors and maintain the accuracy of pricing databases.
• Develop and enhance analytical tools, pricing calculators, BI reports, and sales templates.
• Conduct validations and quote rechecks as needed.
• Drive process improvement efforts and distribute updated documentation to relevant teams.
• Manage group inboxes and worklists to meet team KPIs.
• Provide backup support and assist in training and project execution as required.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Tertiary qualifications in business, accounting, or finance.
• Proven experience in reconciliation, financial analysis, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, database management, and other MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing and executing projects.
• Open to non-CPA candidates.
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• CPA certification (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience or exposure to fleet pricing (ideal but not essential).
