About The Role

We are seeking an Accountant who will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) management. This role supports the organization’s financial integrity by handling invoicing, payments, compliance, and reporting functions, while also ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

You Will

• Manage day-to-day functions related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) activities.
• Issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process vendor and supplier payments through the online banking platform.
• Upload and code invoices into the ERP system in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of audit and tax documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Group Financial Policies and internal controls.
• Provide support in addressing and resolving merchant-related inquiries.
• Maintain smooth financial operations and assist in ensuring seamless business processes.
• Prepare and support the completion of month-end and year-end financial reporting.
• Personally coordinate with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in Pasig for document submissions, when required.
• Report physically to the Makati office from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  
  

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Management, Management, or relevant
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2-3 years experience in a related role
• Must have excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently
• A strong team player with excellent personal relationship skills.
