Global Service Center Overview
The Chevron Global Customer Service Center is a team of 400 Customer Service Center & Technology professionals, spread out in 17 countries across the globe which provides a cost-effective, effortless, and digitally enabled experience for our internal partners and external customers as they engage with Chevron across the globe.
Our Manila location is composed of 250 employees composed of supervisors, team leaders, subject matter experts and customer service representatives. We provide support to different regions where Chevron has a presence. Established in 2006 we pride ourselves in promoting the Chevron values of integrity, trust, diversity and inclusion, safety.
Main Responsibilities Are, But Not Limited To, The Following

Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.

Main Responsibilities Are, But Not Limited To, The Following
- Responsible for application, update, renewal, and maintenance of business, environmental, and health & safety permits and licenses for COCO, CORO, CNG, Hydrogen and U.S. terminals.
- Compliance support and guidance on UST (Underground Storage Tanks) administrative requirements. Handle requests from various groups(Stations, Operations, UST Coordinators, HSE Technical Group, T&O, M&C, architecture/contractor firms, EMC, Waste Desk, Chevron Excise Tax group, etc.) to provide technical UST information, documentation and guidance for permits, UST systems, agency inspections, and facility information.
- Administration and management of the Marketing Compliance Assurance Program (MCAP) database.
- Review and document regulatory agency inspections. Support HSE Specialists and UST
- Coordinators in addressing notices of violation and notices to comply.
- Oversight of California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) submittals, including
- Hazardous Materials Business Plans, UST documentation, financial responsibility,
- designated operator forms, etc.
- California Energy Commission reporting and annual air agency throughput reporting for
- COCO & CORO locations
- Divestment/Acquisitions support. Work with Property Team to ensure required
- documentation and permits are in place for property transfers.
- Liaise between Finance Shared Services and the Excise Tax Group to ensure all
- permitting, tax, invoices, fees, and payment documentation are in place.
- Provide support on waste management activities for COCO stations.
- Bachelor's Degree in business-related courses or equivalent degree
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Open to night shift work schedule
