Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned automotive clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on sales and service metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our automotive services.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Promote special offers, service packages and maintenance programs.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical/ Automotive Course or equivalent.
- At least 2 years related work experience as a car service shop mechanic.
- With TESDA Certification (Automotive Servicing)
- With good communication and customer service skills
