Job Summary
- Acquires Auto Loan accounts and delivers booking volume targets from non-traditional channels: branches, online, walk-in and freelance/direct auto sales agents.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining credible relationships with the channel at appropriate levels through reliable, proactive service delivery and the skillful application of specialist knowledge.
- Account Management
- Responsible for developing and maintaining credible relationships with branches, partner channels, clients, and internal support teams at appropriate levels through reliable and proactive service delivery.
- Reviews completeness and accuracy of loan documents coming from non-traditional channels.
- Prepares packages / recommendations tha best fit the borrower's requirements conforming to the lending guidelines and credit criteria to safeguard portfolio quality that could result to maximum profits and optimum use of resources.
- Endorses loan applications to Credit Management for credit evaluation and decision.
- An indivual who has the enthusiasm to work in a banking environment, with the skill to work well and comfortably in a service and customer oriented industry, finishing responsibilities and doing tasks with confidence in their skills to output efficient results.
- Mastery of consumer loan products, policies and procedures
- With expertise in Auto Loans
- With experience in handling branches
- Knowledge in lending operations and credit policies.
- Knowledge in Gsheets
