The Account Manager - SaaS Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing product usage. Duties involve initiating proactive outbound calls to clients who have yet to utilize the product, providing phone guidance on system navigation, and coordinating onboarding Zoom sessions. Additionally, you will be responsible for sending post-call follow-up emails and texts, as well as re-engaging with clients as necessary.

Candidates in the Philippines must have high speed internet (min 100 Mbps)

Salary posted is BASE salary. There are financial incentives available.

Responsibilities

  • Making over 40 outbound calls daily to engage with customers who are not utilizing the SaaS product yet
  • Coordinating and conducting Zoom meetings to guide clients through the platform during onboarding
  • Scheduling follow-up interactions with customers for further assistance
  • Ensuring attendance for all scheduled Zoom meetings with clients
  • Sending post-call follow-up emails after every interaction
  • Participating in all company meetings scheduled

Qualifications

  • Strong communication abilities are essential, including effective engagement with clients through phone, email, and text
  • Previous experience in customer service or account management, particularly in a technology or software-related field, is preferred
  • Capability to handle a high volume of outbound calls daily (40+ calls) while upholding professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently
  • Proficiency in arranging and managing Zoom meetings, ensuring accurate scheduling and attendance
  • Demonstrated strong follow-up skills by sending proactive emails and texts after client interactions and maintaining timely follow-ups on scheduled meetings or calls
  • Dedication to attending all scheduled Zoom and company meetings, actively engaging and contributing to discussions when necessary
  • Excellent English, both written and Verbal
