Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of corporate clients, developing strategies to ensure high retention and growth.
- Oversee the successful implementation and management of client healthcare programs, including corporate clinics and telehealth services.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients by anticipating their needs, identifying opportunities for service expansion, and resolving escalated issues.
- Supervise and mentor a team of specialists by guiding them in daily operations and fostering their professional development.

- Preferably with a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Health Sciences)
- 2-5 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or client relations

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members
