Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Philippines office: Account Manager (General Insurance).

We will count on you to:
- Are you a dynamic relationship manager who delivers an exceptional client experience? Do you have a strong track record in insurance broking? Then we have an opportunity to challenge you.
- We are seeking someone who has established themselves within the insurance industry, ideally with a strong bias from one of the following: Power & Energy or Construction.
- The successful candidate will join the market leading team working for PEMA (Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisition) and will be responsible for building client relationships, acquiring new clients and, managing LIA (Lenders Insurance Advisory) projects.
Sales and Relationship Development
- Retaining and expanding existing client relationships and acquiring new ones
- Leading the development of custom solutions to address the client/prospect needs
- Effectively presenting the solutions to the client/prospect and negotiates compensation
- Managing the financial performance of his/her book of business
- Developing a business plan for portfolio of clients and prospects to meet specific retention and sales goals
- Overseeing quality of deliverables and enforcing critical deadlines
- Managing projects from cradle to grave including drafting reports and coaching project team members
- Relevant degree and at least 2 to 3 years general insurance experience
- Possesses solid project management, business development, client management skills
- Excellent people management, time management, communication (written and verbal), presentation and problem-solving skills
- Able to speak English and Tagalog
