The Role

  • Act as the main contact between the clients and the business in all matters.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Analyze and assess client product requests and feedback to internal teams.
  • Forecast, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators.
  • Propose commercial incentives for growth.
  • Manage critical escalations between the business and the client.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term growth and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements including distribution, licensing, and partnership deals.
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategy and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to localize campaigns, pricing, and promotions for the Asia audience.
  • Forecast and report on sales performance, KPIs, and market dynamics to senior management.
  • Represent the company at key gaming industry events, expos, and conferences in the region.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the gaming, entertainment, or technology sectors.
  • Proven success in the ASIA region, with established industry contacts and market understanding.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making and forecasting.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with digital distribution platforms, esports, or mobile gaming.
  • Familiarity with ASIA payment systems, regional regulations, and consumer behavior.
  • Understanding of gaming hardware, peripherals, and software ecosystems.
  • Ability to travel across the ASIA region as needed.
