What You'll Do
- Grow Lalamove Business from assigned corporate clients
- Understand assigned clients’ business to learn how Lalamove products and services can best help them operationally
- Manage and address issues and concerns accordingly in a timely manner
- Seek regular feedback from assigned clients and think of ways on how to improve the way we serve them
- Prepares weekly, and monthly or as needed, reports to track performance and movement of assigned accounts
- Account Management: Manage corporate accounts and ensure clients expectations are being met.
- Sales Strategies: Align with client needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Communication skills: Provide and receive information effectively.
- Education: Graduate of any four-year course, preferably related to sales or entrepreneurship.
- Experience: 2-3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Industry Experience: Sales experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, FMCG, Wholesale or Retail preferred.
- Location: Willing to work onsite in Lalamove Pampanga Hub: Gruppo Del diamante, Magalang Avenue, Brgy. Pandan, Angeles City, Pampanga
