What's The Gig?
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
- Plan, sell and implement digital strategies for clients
- Always work towards those goals
- Analyze effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Prepare and present reports on their progress
- Tracking and optimizing performances against customer KPI’s
- 2- 3 years of working experience as a client facing Digital Account Manager
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of Digital Strategy across Paid Advertising, Social Media, SEO and CRM
- Strong Analytical Mindset
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player, great interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time-management skills
- Are results-driven
- Are a quick-learner and willing to learn more
- Appreciate teamwork and are also able to work autonomously
- Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both writing and speaking
- Be exposed to and grow your knowledge across the Digital Marketing ecosystem, including Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, CRM and more
