- Provide administrative support (documentation, filing, confirmations, reports)
- Prepare, check, and format client proposals
- Manage booking procedures: authorizations, entering, checking, filing broadcast agreements
- Generate post-campaign reports and revenue reporting
- Maintain Salesforce / client database accurately
- Support creative process administration: client approvals, material instructions
- Handle account queries follow-up (process-related, factual queries) Develop and maintain filing/workflow systems
- Support broader admin team and cross-team collaboration
