  • Provide administrative support (documentation, filing, confirmations, reports)
  • Prepare, check, and format client proposals
  • Manage booking procedures: authorizations, entering, checking, filing broadcast agreements
  • Generate post-campaign reports and revenue reporting
  • Maintain Salesforce / client database accurately
  • Support creative process administration: client approvals, material instructions
  • Handle account queries follow-up (process-related, factual queries) Develop and maintain filing/workflow systems
  • Support broader admin team and cross-team collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with policies, OHS, and reporting requirements (process level
