You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Risk and Compliance team you analyze complex problems and manage workstreams to deliver quality client solutions. As a Senior Associate, you guide and mentor junior team members while navigating ambiguity to uphold professional standards and build meaningful client relationships.

- Conduct audits to assess compliance and risk
- Mentor junior staff in audit methodologies
- Analyze audit findings and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with teams to confirm quality assurance
- Maintain elevated standards of professional conduct
- Develop strategies to address identified risks
- Communicate audit results to stakeholders effectively
- Foster a culture of accountability and transparency
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from audit
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant preferred
- Demonstrating leadership and mentoring abilities
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data
- Managing internal and external audit processes
- Exhibiting business acumen and cross-department interaction
- Utilizing technology for process enhancements
- Performing root cause analysis effectively
- Experience in quality management systems
