The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Risk and Compliance team you are responsible for the quality assurance initiatives, promoting operational effectiveness and compliance with audit standards. As a Manager, you guide and mentor your team, leveraging their strengths to deliver exceptional results and maintain client satisfaction. You are responsible for overseeing the quality assurance function, conducting audits, and promoting adherence to company policies and procedures, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 7 years of experience
  • Professional accounting certification such as Certified Public Accountant is required
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
