- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 to 8 years of experience in programme coordination, PMO support, or business operations
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology
- Demonstrating proficiency in program documentation management
- Supporting program planning and deliverable tracking
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting
- Maintaining risk and issue registers
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings effectively
- Promoting consistent process and template usage
- Working independently to deliver quality support
