The Opportunity

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you will lead the integration team in designing, developing, and managing APIs and integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. As a Manager you will supervise, develop, and coach your team, promoting the delivery of quality solutions while fostering meaningful client relationships and navigating complex challenges. This role offers the chance to leverage your technical knowledge and managerial skills to drive innovation and excellence in integration solutions.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7 to 11 years of software development experience focused on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Proven managerial experience leading technical teams in integration environments
• Deep expertise in building REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures
• Strong knowledge of Mule 4, DataWeave, Anypoint Studio, and API Manager
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
