When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also
participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Digital Assurance and Transparency team you lead the development and implementation of IT controls solutions and service organization controls reports. As a Manager, you supervise and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex problems to develop exceptional deliverables. You are responsible for verifying project success, maintaining elevated standards, and leveraging team strengths to deliver on client expectations. Your role involves interfacing with clients and stakeholders, leading the planning and execution of projects, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of IT control solutions
- Guide teams in developing service organization control reports
- Manage client accounts and maintain top-quality deliverables
- Analyze complex issues to drive client engagement
- Interface with clients and stakeholders to enhance project outcomes
- Utilize technology to improve service delivery
- Coach and develop team members to leverage their strengths
- Maintain successful project planning and execution
- at least 6 yrs combined relevant experience in IT audit and external/internal audit
- Certified Public Accountant and/or CISA certification is a must. Additional relevant certification/s are an advantage
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Business Administration/ Management, or any business-related courses
- Proficiency in IT controls solutions and service organization controls
- Proficiency in financial reporting and IT management controls
- Knowledge of Cloud-computing, Oracle, SAP, and security technologies
- Familiarity with COSO Framework, CoBIT, ITIL
- Experience in project management for IT audit projects
- Leadership in team development and mentoring
- Digital skills in Google & Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe Acrobat
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Business Administration/Management, or related courses
