The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Firm Leadership and Strategy team you play a crucial role in driving our strategy and maintaining the utmost standards of quality in everything we deliver. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making significant decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. This role involves fostering an inclusive environment, managing a team of quality professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall quality performance and drive continuous improvement.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 15 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
