Job Summary

In Oracle finance at PwC, you will specialise in using and managing the Oracle Financials software. Oracle Financials is an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and more. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system.

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Application Evolution Services team you analyze complex problems and mentor others to deliver impactful client solutions. As a Senior Associate, you guide the execution of projects while maintaining professional and technical standards, focusing on building meaningful client relationships and navigating ambiguity to achieve quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial processes to identify areas for enhancement
• Support junior associates in their professional development
• Confirm adherence to industry standards and practices
• Foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance
• Engage with clients to gather insights and feedback
• Develop strategies to improve financial operations
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Completed minimum two end-to-end implementations in Fusion Finance modules, rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift and managed services projects experience
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• Experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion Financials modules preferred
• Sound understanding of Enterprise Structures and CoA Structure preferred
• Hands-on experience in Unit Testing and UAT preferred
• Experience in financial data upload/migration techniques preferred
• Advanced level of knowledge of integration of Financial Modules preferred
• Ability to conduct new features sessions with clients preferred
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills preferred
• Experience in preparing process flows and requirement documents preferred
• Understanding of Fusion modules like SCM or PPM preferred
