Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will assist clients in implementing and operating new capabilities while achieving operational effectiveness. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to projects through support tasks, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• SAP Certification on SD Module and S/4 HANA Sales
• Demonstrating experience in SAP SD support environments
• Assisting in system reports and integrations development
• Performing root cause analysis for system issues
• Proactively monitoring systems for performance
• Collaborating in client-aligned teams
• Familiarity with SAP FICO, MM, and HR modules
• Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC
