The 4PL Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the 4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics) operations team, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of logistics services to clients. This role involves coordinating and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, managing relationships with multiple service providers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The 4PL Team Leader will be a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic logistics solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Description Summary:
The 4PL Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the 4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics) operations team, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of logistics services to clients. This role involves coordinating and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, managing relationships with multiple service providers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The 4PL Team Leader will be a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic logistics solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4PL agents, ensuring performance targets are met and fostering a positive work environment.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day 4PL operations, including order management, inventory control, transportation coordination, and warehouse management.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, negotiate service agreements, and monitor their performance to ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in logistics operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data to monitor performance, generate reports, and provide insights on supply chain performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Problem Solving: Quickly resolve operational issues, manage escalations, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all logistics activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, focusing on safety, security, and sustainability.
- Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and forecasting, managing costs within agreed parameters to ensure profitability.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree of any course.
- 3 years minimum experience as Subject Matter Expert or Team Manager/Team Leader.
- Preferred work experience in 4PL or 3PL operations and managing relationships with logistics service providers.
- Flexible to work in different shift schedules.
- Advanced Excel Skills is a plus.
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.
