Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, validate, and process cost recharge entries in accordance with internal policies and intercompany agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and align financial strategies with business goals
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Assist in budgeting and long-term financial planning processes
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis
- Documents internal finance processes and modifies it for any significant updates
- Participate in required trainings and seminars to stay updated with any related updates that enhance professional skills and promote work efficiency.
- Perform any assigned ad- hoc tasks.
- Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy or Finance (CPA is a plus)
- Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance roles
- Experience in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, People) and financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion)
- Ability to prioritize own workloads to meet deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co- workers and managers.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site Taguig (McKinley Hill) or in a hybrid setup, depending on business needs
- Amenable to work on mid shift schedule (1pm to 10pm)
