• Billing Team Lead (Onsite | Makati City | Dayshift)

WORK SETUP: Onsite
WORKPLACE LOCATION: Makati City
SHIFT SCHEDULE: Dayshift, 8am-5pm PH Time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for processing invoices using various billing systems and handling billing discrepancies.
• Provide support to the day to day billing operations of billing associates in the process of preparation of billing, statement of accounts and maintenance of client and vendor records relating to invoicing and bill payments.
• Manage and prioritize billing workload of billing associates to ensure deadlines are maintained.
• Facilitate coordination with vendors and creative agencies regarding issues, and payment inquiries as needed
• Closely monitor unbilled media and coordinate a resolution of any pending items that are in queries.
• Weekly reconciliation with related departments such as Media buying, Media planning, Agency Finance, and Client Services team.
• Participation in the implementation of process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc activities identified by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Accounting related course
• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related role
• 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Advanced skills in excel, accounting or other financial systems is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills especially in terms of managing various client account groups/teams
• People person and comfortable communicating with clients and vendors
• Good communication skills
