Job Scope
Minimum Qualifications:
- Plan and run employee engagement activities, events, and workplace programs
- Act as the main contact for employee concerns and internal communication
- Support day-to-day office administration, records, and coordination tasks
- Monitor workplace safety, report incidents, and ensure compliance standards
- Work with teams to improve employee experience and sense of community
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a people-first approach
- Experience in admin, HR support, employee engagement, or similar roles
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety or HR operations is an advantage
