Overview: The Webinar Support Specialist is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of global webinars that support marketing and sales initiatives. This role ensures seamless delivery of webinar programs, enhances audience engagement, and contributes to lead generation and business growth through effective webinar management and optimization

What You Will Do
  • Plan, schedule, and execute end-to-end webinar programs, including live, simulive, and on-demand sessions
  • Manage webinar logistics such as registration setup, invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups
  • Configure and optimize webinar platforms, landing pages, and communication materials
  • Host or support live webinars, manage participant engagement, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure successful promotion and delivery of webinars
  • Maintain webinar recordings and support content repurposing for on-demand access
  • Provide training and guidance to presenters and stakeholders on webinar tools and best practices
  • Monitor webinar performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure effectiveness and identify improvements
  • Support integration of webinar tools with CRM and other marketing systems

What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in webinar management, marketing operations, or event coordination
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment
