Job Summary

  • Responsible in servicing and maintaining accounts of high net worth clients. Assists the Relationship Managers with tasks and projects being undertaken.

How will you contribute?

  • Assists the Relationship Manager (RM) in regularly and continuously servicing Wealth Management clients that provide substantial businesses to the Bank in terms of investments and growth in total assets under management (AUM).
  • Supports RM with tasks and projects being undertaken.
  • Provides close coordination with RM in regard to client’s transaction activities and documentation requirements, investments, placements and opening of account. Checks documents submitted and signed by clients as a result of bookings with Wealth Management.
  • Ensures completeness and accuracy of documents from clients with regards to opening of accounts, loan application and investment bookings in compliance with the Bank as well as legal and regulatory requirements (i.e. BSP) such as Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AMLA).
  • Works with the RM in all aspects pertaining to the preparation, development, completion, and completion of each task / project.
  • Supports and shares in the tasks which are being carried out by the RM in order to attend to more important matters.
  • Maintains and services Wealth Management clients by ensuring correctness / accuracy and completeness of reports, certificates, balances, advices, confirmations and other documents delivered to WM clients.
  • Provides and delivers high standard level of personalized and efficient service to Wealth Management clients on their banking needs and transactions.
  • Ensures that client documents are being checked, sealed properly and marked Private and Confidential (if needed or requested by client) before delivery.
  • Ensures Wealth Management clients are satisfied with the service and attention given.
  • Constantly updates oneself of the various financial products and investments in the marketplace.
  • Monitors activities of placements/investments and loan facilities of the WM clients by monitoring their placements and advising them regarding their maturities and carrying out clients’ instructions on booking, rollovers, withdrawals and other services that may affect their investment/placements.
  • Updates clients’ transactions daily in the Wealth Management system.
  • Maintains harmonious, trusting and long lasting relationship with clients and the Bank and to track business levels versus targets.
  • Assists and liaises for WM clients in coordinating with other groups within the Bank as well as with other YGC companies and affiliates.
  • Ensures prompt and efficient servicing of clients’ requirements.
  • Provides the “extra mile” for WM clients to establish harmonious and friendly atmosphere yet trustworthy and with professional decorum.4. What will make you successful?

  • College Graduate of any Business course
  • Working knowledge of banking operations and policies
  • At least three (3) years experience in investment banking
